The Refreshed 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan Price is Announced

Volkswagen has announced the final pricing for the refreshed 2022 Tiguan. The German automaker has been moving at a quick pace with its plan to convert to a fully electric lineup, in accordance with the Paris agreement. Although the company is gearing toward the electric era, the demand for its current vehicle line up has blown up. The refreshed 2022 Tiguan is an example of what buyers are looking for. The 2022 Tiguan has a starting MSRP of $25,995 (Plus destination fee), and Volkswagen will offer four different trim levels that will offer the latest in Volkswagen technology and performance.

The 2022 Tiguan will come with four different trim levels, all will come standard with an efficient 2.0-liter TSI turbocharged and direct-injected four-cylinder engine under the hood. Volkswagen offers both front-wheel drive or 4Motion all-wheel drive. The engine is capable of producing 184 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive and 4Motion all-wheel drive are available on the first three trims, while the top tier trim features 4Motion as standard. All 2022 Tiguan trims are equipped with a standard eight-speed automatic transmission resulting in smooth power delivery in between gears. 

The refreshed Tiguan brings a fresh sharpened exterior style, completely revising the front end. A new LED light signature comes with an available illuminated light line flanking the top of the VW logo. Four all-new when designs are now available with the standard being 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels with an available upgrade to 18,19 and 20-inch wheels. Volkswagen offers eight available colors for buyers to customize their Tiguan to their style and add their personal touch. The 2022 Tiguan also upgrades its interior with two all-new colors including Cinnamon leatherette and Noisette leather.

A few new features have also been added to the refreshed 2022 Tiguan. Heated front seats are now standard with a heated steering wheel and ventilated front seats as available options. The 2022 Tiguan boasts updated technology throughout its cabin, as the Volkswagen Digital Cockpit instrument cluster now comes standard on all trims with an 8-inch display. Another neat standard feature is Volkswagen’s Car-Net with in-car Wi-Fi capability when subscribed to a data plan.
