They handled the repairs I requested although the problem getting the right part forced me to be without my wheels for four weeks. My bill was $4500 and I learned when I arrived to pay, the dealership now adds 3 % to credit payments. I expect this from small business but not big ticket sales. I think for the money and the delay, it would have been good customer service to wash my car.
