Jackson was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready for my son. Pete, the floor manager, makes you feel like family and is a big reason we keep coming back. Chris in finance made the paperwork seamless, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Terrance was also incredibly helpful with both of our purchases, and helped us get our vehicles in perfect condition before driving off the lot. Our family has now purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and we returned because our first experience was so positive. I'm happy to say nothing has changed. The professionalism, honesty, and customer service from everyone involved were outstanding. I look forward to buying our next vehicle from Southern Greenbrier Volkswagen, not just because of the vehicles they sell, but because of the people who work there and the way they treat their customers.
