Service department is easy to work with and schedule. Only downfall is the amount of calls, texts, and emails pressuring us to complete this survey.

They only do what I need and they offer financing for the larger repairs. I always deal with same customer service member so he gets to know me.

Wes did an excellent job explaining the maintenance needed for my Tiguan. He kept me updated on progress. It felt like white glove service throughout the whole process. I will definitely come back with service for my other car, an Atlas. Will also recommend to my sister who also has a Tiguan.
