Staff was super friendly. They even had a kids play area separated from the waiting room which was a really nice feature. Service was done faster than expected. Great place to go.

Trevor was extremely helpful, from meeting us on the lot to the final drive out. All went smoothly and I got the car I truly wanted. I loved that I was trusted to take the test drive by myself. Helen was very knowledgeable about the protection package. The ODU man in finance was a good guy, as well!

Unfortunately, my 2019 Tiguan borders on being a lemon. But, Wes and the service team are the best. They are the bright spot in all my repair visits. Wes is Always pleasant and very sympathetic to my car issues. He keeps me apprised of how the repairs are progressing. And, is always available to discuss the car’s issues. Like most people, I don’t look forward to bringing my vehicle in for service, but Wes, and the folks at Southern Volkwagen Greenbrier definitely makes it more bearable ..Thanks team.
