For the most part they are consistent until they’re not. I went in for a simple dashboard light issue and almost paid 4k to resolve the issue. Every time they communicated with me it was a new more expensive issue. Plus I paid $200 for the diagnostics and they didn’t deduct that from the overall cost. My car is PAID IN FULL, and having to come up with 4k on a dime is crazy work!
We had a great experience getting into a Volkswagen Atlas with Jeremy and the great sales manager! Best experience we have had at a dealership and their communication and drive to make it happen really was exceptional! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This review is meant to inform others about my experience with Southern VW. Bought a pre-owned car 12/26/24 and I ended up making my 3rd payment on the car before finally getting the car registered. I am out of state and apparently the dealership depends on a 3rd party to complete the process. Frustrating as I intended to transfer my plate that I have had for 20 years and due to the amount of time it took this dealership and 3rd party company to process the title work, I had to surrender my plate to the DMV to avoid my license from ...
customer service actually sucks i shouldn’t have to call a company more the 5 times to through to somebody and when i do i sent to another extension that’s not even open either. Needed to get my car towed twice and decided to call my dealership for help bc i have a warranty for it and got no help the first time and had to be rude to get help for the second time after i called half a dozen times. makes me wish i never got a car from them 👎🏽
Dave Hoops, TJ & Chris from finance were absolutely amazing. I came in wanting a different Car but it wasn’t available unfortunately. They were so patient with me as I walked through looking at other cars & more importantly getting me approved & understand my finance terms. Very accommodating & I’m so appreciative.

My technician Tim did not do his customer service job and let me know my total price until I was picking up the car. That’s not fair at all, I asked him a question on the phone and he told me a price that’s y I said go head and do it but he printed me out our convo and when he said the price it was not up there, I don’t know trust technology at all.
They were great at getting back to me about the issue I was having with my brand new car. They are going to replace the parts under my limited warranty

The lounge was comfortable, however a coffee/water station would be better here. I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I miss the days where car dealers had free coffee and donuts.
