2024 Volkswagen ID.4 Proceeds to Enhance Driver Experience

The 2024 Volkswagen ID.4 continues its path to success. At first glance in the nighttime, the SUV stands out with its illuminated LED grille that shines bright while displaying the Volkswagen logo. Known for its fully electric capabilities, the 2024 ID.4 also features the latest technology on the market in its cabin. Volkswagen is currently the only foreign manufacturer to offer a battery electric vehicle eligible for the full federal tax credit, thanks to its local assembly and sourcing. The 2024 ID.4 models are eligible for the full federal tax credit of up to $7,500, according to fueleconomy.gov, 

The S models add ventilated front-row seats, and S Plus models include a Harman/Kardon TM premium audio system with nine speakers, a subwoofer, and a 16-channel amplifier. On the exterior, the wheels have been upgraded, 2024 ID.4 Standard AWD models have 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, while S Plus vehicles have 21-inch machined alloy wheels. The 2024 ID.4 is equipped with a 82 kWh battery to focus on a high-performance powertrain that offers more power and range compared to the previous model. The rear-wheel-drive model generates 282 horsepower, while the all-wheel-drive model pumps out 330 horsepower. This increase in power improves acceleration and is expected to increase range as well.

Volkswagen has also improved ID.4 models in terms of technology, an optional 12.9-inch infotainment display with backlit slider controls, a more intuitive climate control interface, and a revised infotainment menu can be added.
