Here's Just A Partial List Of Our Involvement In Hampton Roads

Almost $4 Million To The American Cancer Society

For 13 years in a row, we were pleased to have provided a vehicle to the American Cancer Society's annual car giveaway fundraiser. To date, this fundraiser has generated almost $4 million dollars. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

Helping Families at Christmas

At Christmas, we provide gifts and dinner to needy families through our "Santa's Helpers" program. Over the past 20 years, we've made a lot of families happy at Christmas. In 2011, the Southern Auto Group supported "Operation Homefront". We helped over 70 children.

Making Our Community A Better Place In Which To Live

Our dealerships offer annual support for the United Way, Muscular Dystrophy Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Toys For Tots and Chrysler Museum (just to name a few). Last year employees, contributed over $65,000 to the United Way.

Partnership With The Children's Hospital and American Red Cross

We have contributed vehicles to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters for their annual car giveaway fundraisers. 100% of the fundraiser proceeds stay at CHKD. And ?we've given the American Red Cross vehicles to use as an incentive to increase blood drive participation.

Cars For Coaches At ODU & Norfolk State University

In the past, Norfolk Statue University has raised almost $60,000 selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a new vehicle. Donated by The Southern Auto Group. The raffle benefited the NSU athletic scholarship fund. Also, we provide more vehicles to ODU's athletic staff then all dealers combined. And, The Southern Auto Group is the only dealer to provide Norfolk State with cars.
